Chris is infectiously passionate about bringing game-changing innovation to the corporate loan industry.

Prior to founding Oneiro, Chris spent fifteen years working for a Tier 1 bank administering large-scale syndicated loans, and for a top software vendor as a specialist sales consultant. As well as this business, Chris is dedicated to his family, CrossFit training, his local church and mentoring others.

George is an expert in core banking systems architecture and cloud native technologies. He worked for a leading fintech company as a sales engineer and solution architect, and for a software powerhouse, where he spent many years as a pre and post sales technical consultant for their flagship corporate banking platform. George loves his family, reading, and is a major jazz and rock fan.

Paul’s expertise focuses on helping businesses create value for the company and its shareholders. He has operated in a number of senior financial, operational and transformation roles, including assisting the rapid growth of a private company prior to sale. At Oneiro he helps drive strategy and ensures it is underpinned by the financial and operational infrastructures required.

James has been in the corporate lending space since 1998. After 15 years of working for Tier 1 banks, he moved to the tech world and spent more than a decade with a leading software vendor as a lending solution consultant. When James isn’t helping to deliver next-gen lending technology, he can be found walking with his (not so) trustee dog, Nacho, in East London.

With over 18 years of experience in the syndicated lending space, Saskia has spent time working on both the bank and the vendor side. At Oneiro she helps our clients maximize the value our technology offers them. Her weekends are spent running around after her two young and energetic children, doing some gardening or, if there are 5 minutes of peace and quiet, reading!

Alan worked for eight years as UI designer and product manager for a business platform where he modernised the frontend and pioneered the codebase migration. He also implemented new features for an ecommerce platform as a senior frontend engineer. When he’s not developing you can find him with his friends at a comedy club or down the pub.

Jack is a software engineer with over ten years’ experience in various sectors of the industry. At Oneiro Jack manages our team of core engineers and he specialises in the performance and correctness of the DLX platform. When not programming Jack can be found out in the mountains or on the ballroom dance floor.

Andrada has developed software in a range of industries including edtech, travel, and fintech. At Oneiro, she leads the product engineering team, working closely with clients to design and deliver solutions in the syndicated lending space. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, travelling, and keeping active with a mix of hiking, cycling and squash.

Katie comes from the book publishing world, bringing to Oneiro her ability to see both the bigger picture and the little details. She manages many aspects of Oneiro’s office, such as marketing and HR. Katie particularly loves organising the quarterly Oneiro team days and providing (or is it inflicting?) the team with a quiz.
